BACKGROUND

Redesigned solution pages to shift the experience from product-first marketing to solution-driven decision support, aligning the website with how enterprise customers actually evaluate technology vendors.

Purpose

Why Solution Architecture Matters?

Modern enterprises no longer compare products.
They evaluate strategic fit.
Traditional product-first websites often fail to answer critical questions:

  • Which solution fits my specific scenario?
  • How does it address real operational challenges?
  • Why is this vendor credible?

A solution architecture site exists to clearly communicate how a company solves real business problems.

Design Approach

Designing a Decision-Driven Structure

I restructured the website into a solution-first architecture, including a solution homepage and supporting inner pages.

The information flow was redesigned based on user research and aligned with how IT teams evaluate vendors:

Context → Problem → Solution → Proof → Technical Depth → Next Step

This structure enables users to:

  • Quickly assess relevance
  • How does it address real operational challenges?
  • Why is this vendor credible?

Outcome

Business Impact & Scalability

The new architecture improved clarity, reduced friction in solution discovery, and established a scalable foundation for future solution expansion.
